At the home of a repressor convicted of crimes against humanity, the Buenos Aires City Police seized a total of 23 firearms of various calibers that were in an irregular situation. The operation took place in a house located in the Palermo neighborhood, where the wife of former Intelligence Officer of the Armored Artillery Group 1 of Azul, Alejandro Duret, was also arrested.

The order to carry out the raid was issued by the Contraventional and Misdemeanor Prosecutor's Office 4, headed by prosecutor Mauro Tereszko, in response to a complaint filed by the National Agency for Controlled Materials (ANMaC). According to reports, the license for the possession of the seized firearms had expired nine years ago, and after a prior attempt to inspect Duret's home, access was denied to the agency's agents.

During the procedure, a total of 23 firearms were found, including 10 long guns, five revolvers, and eight pistols of different calibers. Due to the presence of these firearms in an irregular situation, one of Duret's sons, who was then traveling in Spain, was charged, while the ex-repressor's 71-year-old wife was arrested as ordered.

Alejandro Duret was already serving a 15-year prison sentence for his involvement in the disappearance of Carlos 'Chiche' Labolita, which occurred on April 25, 1976.
